Before production, we visualise the spatial concept, materials, lighting, graphics, product placement and visitor experience in three dimensions. Multiple views and use scenarios make approvals precise.
We translate the approved design into technical drawings, custom elements, finishes, furniture and graphics. Production decisions consider transport, assembly time, venue rules and reuse requirements together.
Where space and venue rules allow, double-decker stands increase meeting, hospitality and presentation capacity. Stairs, structure, escape routes, balustrades and load calculations remain integral to the technical process.
One project lead coordinates the programme, approvals, production, suppliers, logistics and on-site delivery, keeping the client, organiser and delivery teams aligned throughout.
We integrate identity into the architecture and scale graphics, logos, wayfinding and messages for the correct viewing distance. Print, cutting, lighting and installation details are aligned with production files.
Packing, loading, transport, access slots and delivery order are coordinated with the programme. International transport, documentation and local operations are planned backwards from the installation date.
We manage assembly, electrical and graphic work, final cleaning and quality checks before show-ready handover. After the event, dismantling, sorting, return logistics and any required storage are planned as part of the same process.
